Return Window
Customers must submit a return request within 14 days of purchase. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of our products (sexual health and wellness items), returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and still sealed
- Products must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for any items that have been opened or used
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days. In these cases:
- We will cover the cost of the return shipping label
- You may be eligible for a replacement or full refund
Change of Mind Returns
If you decide you no longer want your order:
- You may return the item only if it meets the eligibility criteria above (sealed and unopened)
- You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs
- Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow several business days for the refund to process, depending on your payment provider
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Items not in original condition or packaging
